Verblyf Netwerk provides an online platform for:

Accommodation providers to market their listings.
Travelers to browse and book accommodation directly with providers or through linked booking systems.

Verblyf Netwerk is not a direct party to any transactions between accommodation owners and guests. Our role is limited to providing marketing tools and optional booking services.

3. User Obligations

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to register, create listings, or make bookings.
Accommodation providers must have the legal authority to offer the services listed.

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or defamatory information.
Engage in activities that violate local laws or regulations.
Use the platform to distribute harmful software, spam, or unauthorized advertisements.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Verblyf Netwerk is not liable for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

4. Accommodation Listings

Accommodation providers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings, including:

Pricing, availability, and amenities.
Compliance with local laws and licensing requirements.
Managing guest disputes and cancellations.

Verblyf Netwerk reserves the right to remove or edit listings that violate these Terms of Use.

5. Booking and Payments

For websites offering booking systems:

Guests: Payments, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the terms set by the accommodation provider. Verblyf Netwerk is not liable for disputes arising from bookings.
Providers: Subscription fees for listing services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform Content: All designs, logos, and content on Verblyf Netwerk websites are owned by us and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
User Content: By submitting content to the platform, users grant Verblyf Netwerk a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the content for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Verblyf Netwerk is not liable for:

Errors or inaccuracies in accommodation listings.
Losses or damages arising from disputes between users.
Interruptions, delays, or technical issues affecting website functionality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verblyf Netwerk excludes all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes involving Verblyf Netwerk must first be submitted in writing to info@verblyfnetwerk.co.za. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by South African law and resolved in South African courts.

9. Termination

Verblyf Netwerk reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without notice for violations of these Terms of Use. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

10. Amendments

Verblyf Netwerk may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or website announcements. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
